Lydia’s House of Hope (LHOH) is the beneficiary of the 3rd annual charity ride, “Lydia’s Ride For Hope,” hosted by the US Military Veterans Motorcycle Club NH-2. The charity ride is on Saturday, July 18 at Rochester Harley Davidson, 7 Crane Drive, Rochester, NH, and registration begins at 9am. The one hour fifteen-minute ride will begin at 11 am.
The cost per biker is $20 and the cost per passenger is $10. After the ride, participants will enjoy a delicious lunch made by Lydia’s House of Hope residents and staff. 100% of the revenue and donations from the event will benefit the homeless women and children served by Lydia’s House of Hope.
LHOH Founder and Executive Director Theresa Tozier is looking forward to the fundraising event, which will raise awareness for the great work being done by Lydia’s House of Hope. Theresa states ‘We are so thankful to the US Military Veterans Motorcycle Club, who has worked hard to organize this awesome event.’
As Lydia’s House of Hope is not state or federally funded, local fundraisers like these, along with private donations and grants, are vital to our continued service to the growing population of families struggling with crises, including homelessness, domestic violence, substance misuse, trafficking, unmanaged mental illness, and traumas unimaginable to most.
If interested in registering for this event, simply RSVP on the Facebook event page and arrive for registration between 9-10am on Saturday, 7/18 at Harley Davidson of Rochester, 7 Crane Drive, Rochester, NH (Harley Davidson parking lot).
