Seeds of Faith was established in 2002 by Theresa Tozier, driven by her desire to help the homeless. Today, it has grown into a powerful movement to help end the cycle of homelessness and generational poverty in Greater Seacoast Area. We help the homeless and those feeling hopeless achieve independence, sustainability, and productivity, improving their lives and integrating them into their communities.
With deep compassion and a big-picture focus, Lydia’s House of Hope provides a healthy environment where residents feel safe, encouraged, and empowered to reach their highest potential.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a big dream of ending the cycle of homelessness and generational poverty in the Greater Seacoast Area. Seeds of Faith, Inc. operates a food pantry, Lydia’s House of Hope, and Grace House.

Grace House
Helps women and children make the transition from the structure of Lydia’s House of Hope to real-world independent living. Grace house is a three-apartment housing opportunity for graduates of the program to move toward independence and freedom from generational poverty and homelessness.
